For customers who have most of their conference calls during evening hours, Encounter offers a Flat Rate Reservationless P.M. plan which has all the same features as the day plan, but at a $20.00 per month fee and 4.0 cents per minute for toll-free usage for calls taking place between 3 pm and 3 am Pacific time.
Additionally, all of Encounter's Flat Rate Conferencing plans include, free of charge, unlimited Web Conferencing for up to 15 attendees using ShareItNow.
