Jennifer Hofmann is an eLearning consultant and owns InSync Training, a consulting firm that specializes in the design and delivery of synchronous and blended eLearning. Her team provides workshops and development services to individuals and organizations looking to implement a synchronous classroom. She has experience using all of the major synchronous platforms

Jennifer is the author of The Synchronous Trainer's Survival Guide and Live and Online! Tips, Techniques and Ready-to-Use Activities for the Virtual Classroom. She is a chapter contributor to the American Management Association's Handbook of Learning.

Jennifer has made many contributions to Learning Circuits, the ASTD online webzine dedicated to eLearning topics. She is a regular speaker on synchronous and blended eLearning at national industry events and has taught the Certified Online Instructor Program at Walden University.
