Her team provides workshops and development services to individuals and organizations looking to implement a synchronous classroom. She has experience using all of the major synchronous platforms Jennifer is the author of The Synchronous Trainer's Survival Guide and Live and Online! Tips, Techniques and Ready-to-Use Activities for the Virtual Classroom. She is a chapter contributor to the American Management Association's Handbook of Learning. Jennifer has made many contributions to Learning Circuits, the ASTD online webzine dedicated to eLearning topics.
